Letter From the President
I strongly believe that the business of the Chamber of Commerce should be about that very thing: COMMUNITY and COMMERCE. As men and women of this community, you are here to build a network of friends in which to do business with, but also to learn techniques, strategies, and policies to help you grow in your adventures! As your chamber, we want to help you all come together to solve your business and community issues. As we come together as one, we will be a strong organization that can accomplish so much more than we ever could on our own.
We want to bring in public speakers that will encourage you to join in the current events happening in our community, as well as, our speakers educate us on the current events in the business and political areas that will inform you to make the needed decisions concerning your livelihood.
We are an organization that is concerned about our current state of affairs, but also this organization wants to be involved in shaping the new minds of our next generation to carry on the torch of free enterprise, business growth and development. Thus, we are involved in the local schools through the Partners of Education program, also known as PIE. PIE exists for support and enrichment of the educational process and endeavors to benefit both local schools and businesses.
As your Chamber, we are concerned about the well-being of our community. It has always been, “First impressions last forever”. The appearance of our community reflects upon the character of our businesses within; therefore, we will strive to present the community with a “pleasant face” to all through our Community Beautification Committee.
We encourage you to encourage others to join our chamber so their businesses, as well as themselves, may benefit.
As your chamber, we are geared towards supporting you to flourish in this community. As your chamber, we can work together to enrich this community and make it a better place to work and live.
Thank you, Jim Wadzinski President
